Professional drain cleaning nozzle for industrial use.  Steel bullet head with 1 forward facing jet and 6 rear facing 30 degree jets (these help to cut a hole through the obstruction and the rear facing jets to drive the nozzle ahead - so undermining the blockage and clearing the way).  Max. working pressure 4000 psi / 270 bar up to 21 litres / minute.  The drain nozzle has 11.6mm (1/4") quick release male coupling.
